Nervous looks
Suspicion
Glares
Quick shuffles down the street
Don't make eye contact
They may suspect you are something you're not
People vanish from their beds
Screams muffled by gloved hands
Neighbors never seen again
Impending doom always looming
Foes across the Pacific always watching
Holes are dug, bunkers are placed
Food is stocked up
Precautions are taken
What happened to make the world like this
What could make people tremble this way
What could cause governments to panic
What else but the Coldest of Wars?
Sooooo I don't really know what I think of this one, or the title.
In the fog of morning
In the crisp renewal of spring
The ground comes to life
The forest grows new
Birds awaken from slumber, taking off into the mist
Bears roll awake, bellies rumbling with hunger
The fog lifts
The snow melts
Secrets unveiled
Life rejuvenated
Different in their own ways
But both bringing new beginnings
Feel free to help me name this one... I'm kind of at a loss
